We were in the middle of a snow storm and -20 degree wind chill and the furnace quit. Mr. Inman responded within 30 minutes and got the furnace working. Very efficient response and work. Thank you and I highly recommend the company.

Can't say enough good about Craig and his team! We've used them for years to maintain our home's two AC units and furnaces with regular servicing and unit replacements (old home, unit eventually failed). Great service and advice every time! These folks are amazing! I called because my ac wasn't cooling the house. A service tech was here in a matter of hours. My ac unit had a major leak. Instead of pushing me into a new unit, I was given all of my options and didn't feel pressured into any of them. The service tech was professional and courteous. I decided to replace both the ac and furnace units (they were about 20 years old). He scheduled me for the very next morning. The installation team was top notch! They were clean and extremely knowledgeable. I've dealt with other HVAC companies and Inman is second to none!

My heat went out on a very cold January night and I called Inman Heating and Cooling in Columbia, IL. Craig Inman came out the same night at 9pm. Fixed and running again, only charged $50 service call and cost of the part. I will definitely be using him in the future and recommend to all my friends and family! Locally owned family business who truly cares, cant get much better than that!

I called Inman on a Sunday morning because our main floor a/c appeared to not be working. I got a real live person when I called. She passed along my info to Craig who called me back about 20 mins later. He as able to come by our house that afternoon. After turning the air back on and checking the freon pressure we noticed the air was working properly again. He had no explanation why it did that but he says it happens often. All the vents were blowing 58F air. I then asked him if I just owed $50 for the service call. Yes, they only charge $50 on the weekends which is incredible. He told me not to worry about the service call because he didn't have to do anything. In the end our air is working perfect and we didn't have to spend a dime. Giving them this positive review is the least I can do. I will definitely be using Inman in the future!

Craig came out at a moments notice and fixed our heat. He was very friendly and really helped us out in a pinch. Great service and would highly recommend for any job.

The owner of the company came out (arrived right on time) and provided a thorough explanation of our options to repair or replace the furnace. The advice he provided allowed us to make the most economical decision for our situation. We will be calling Inman Heating and Cooling for any future needs and maintenance of our system.

These guys are TOP NOTCH. Called them on Thursday afternoon and explained my AC was out. Wife and baby at home. They came straight out that afternoon and fixed my issue. They were able to resolve the issue within 20 minutes. Craig was very knowledgeable and treated me above and beyond what I expected. They are a family owned business and they didn't price gouge us either. Great group, I recommend using them to everyone I see.

Called Craig at 5:30PM for broken heat and he was at my place by 6PM! Very professional and he had the issue fixed in under 20 minutes. I wasn't price gouged and he even taught me some yearly maintenance that would prevent me from having similar problems down the road. It's very hard to find a truly local, legit AC shop that isn't "contracted out" by some shell company. Rest assured, Craig will have you covered!

I purchased an AC / Heater unit from them. They did an excellent job installing it. Very well priced and an exceptional install. Definitely using them again.

I called to leave a voicemail for an appointment on a Sunday evening, surprised to have someone answer. Within 5 minutes I had a return call and an within an hour someone was there to fix my AC which needed freon. I was also surprised I did not have a "weekend charge" for the service call that was only $50. When I asked about always being on call the response was "that way we never get behind." I would absolutely recommend!!! Also, one of the prior low reviews was not refering to this Inman in Columbia, IL, they are referring to the one that services STL area.
